Default SOS and Certifications

To my Family and Friends in the USA and all over the world: First I would like to say thank you for the kind words and supprt you have given me by e-mail, phone calls and on this forum when I started a thread (It is time to take a step back) . It has been brought to my attention that certain people in the hobby have started spreading rumors that I no longer do Honor Ring Certifications which is un-true and the farthest thing from the truth. I can tell you personally I will do certifications on Honor Rings as well as signatures and other items until the day I die as I love the history the hobby and nothing ruins it more then the copies that have been comming out and are out there from the past. What I have told cetain people I will not do Certifications for Certain Dealers and Collectors who I think do more harm to the hobby or have tried to use my services through other people to get Honor Rings etc. certifed or who in the past years I have done certifications for who only tear up the certifications when they come back papered by me as being copies then try to sell them as originals and most people that know me know who they all are. Personally I believe these are the same people putting the rumor out there that I no longer do certifications on these wonderful historical artifacts. So I just wanted to let everyone know that you can call me , e-mail me at ( honorringman@webtv.net ) or write to me on any item as I a not going away I am just taking some time to think about writting 2 more books but will still be here to answer any questions or certify any item I can help you with. Rumors such as this hurts not only me but this great hobby. Thanks to (Andy Militarynut ) , (Jo Rivett) , (Mike), (Gaspare ) and all my other friend all over the world many of which e-mailed me and said they are comming to the (SOS Show) and were wanting to meet with me I have reconsidered as I also recieved an e-mail from Gaspare today asking if I would be there as two people want me to look at Honor Rings for them. So the statement I know make is true and correct and you can quote me ( I will always be in the hobby) , ( You can always e-mail or call me on questions or just to talk), ( I will alawys do certifications on Honor Rings , signatures etc. with the exception of the people and dealers mentioned above which I believe do more harm then good in this hobby). Last with weather and personal health permitting ( I WILL BE AT THE SOS SHOW IN LOUISVILLE KY. TO DO CERTIFICATIONS , OR JUST TO TALK, I WILL ALSO HAVE NUMBERED COPIES OF MY HARD COVER REPRINT OF MY SS-HONOR RING BOOK FOR SALE AT ANDY & EILEEN LEGERE (MILITARYNUTS TABLE) FOR SALE AS THE LAST REMAINinG BOOK ARE IN HIS POSSESION AND I WILL PERSONALIZE THEM TO ) . I can be reached by going to Andy and he will get me as most of my time will be at his table or call my cell phone (570)815-6920 or even page me by the front desk at the show. I would have not written this thread if it was not for two facts one the great support from everyone (Jo R. ) the screaming Hitler really did make me laugh so loud and second to let everyone know and be aware of the rumors that I no longer do certifications. I do but I am selective of who I do them for as metioned above. Thanks everyone and hope this summer I can get started on 1 or 2 new books if I get the time. Bless you all and thanks for making me feel good by letting me know people do care and I do make a difference. Your Friend Don Boyle

But you know Andy, his original Mercedes also did "the bounce" ..... not quite like the `62 ... but still, a gentle, National Socialistic Bounce.
